How does the time & material model work?

You buy a package of person-days or hours and use them month by month. No scope constraints: our devs handle any Shopify, React or WordPress task. Weekly reporting through your team's tool (Jira, Linear, Asana).

How much does a senior developer cost?

€300/day for Shopify Plus Architect, €280/day Senior Shopify, €260/day Senior React/Node. Junior from €180/day on request. Public rates on /en/developers-pricing — no surprises.

How long does onboarding take?

2-5 business days. 30-min scoping call → quote and contract in 24h → technical onboarding (access, tooling) → first commit or PR within 7 days.

What about contracts and NDA?

Time & material master agreement (Italian or English) and mutual NDA signed before onboarding. We provide templates or work with yours. Monthly invoicing, net 30.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. All produced code belongs to the client. Repositories, Shopify accounts and domain stay yours. We keep no code copies beyond the engagement.

Can I choose a specific developer?

Yes. We share the profile (LinkedIn, experience, code samples) before assignment. If there's no fit, we propose alternatives at no cost.

How do you handle quality and code review?

Every PR gets senior internal review before touching your branch. We adapt to your workflow on linting, test coverage and branch conventions.

What time zone do you cover?

CET (Italy, Bari). Sync hours 9:00-18:00 CET. Async outside hours for emergencies via Slack or Teams. Natural coverage for UK and DACH, US-East morning/early afternoon CET.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Stop the package at month-end, pay only the days consumed. No exit penalty. If the dev/project match doesn't work in the first 5 days, we replace the developer at no cost.

Yes. Ivan Signorile is a certified Shopify Plus Architect, team with 5+ years on Plus. Experience with checkout extensibility, Shopify Functions, B2B, multi-shop, custom apps with Polaris.

Do you work white-label for agencies?

Yes, it's our main model. We communicate with your team using your tools, sign NDAs that forbid direct contact with your end client. We can represent ourselves as part of your in-house team.
